So it's been a month since I made my last journal entry, although it feels like litterally yesterday all the coming home and birthday crap happened. School has been kicking my tush as of late, and as I speak I am.... 40 lessons overdue, geez. So I've been crazy crazy busy. My apologies for the lack of real art being made and uploaded.
So I guess I might as well update on projects you can cross your fingers to see in the future! I know I say this kind of thing a lot only to never do them, but sometimes I do do them, and the projects I've got lined up right now I'm pretty hyped about, so I think there's a higher probability to all this then normal.
So primary project right now is a RWBY fan-team I've been working on for about two or three months now. Shocker, right? Me doing something RWBY related, who would have guessed. I've got their characters, backstories, and weaponry figured out, and I intend to make some pretty official looking art of them, and hopefully in the near future I'm going to be animating my own trailers, writing my own music and all, the whole shebang. I'm pretty hyped about them, so you'll definitely be seing some art of ENCR soon.
Speaking of animation, I've got a ton of new ideas for that. I've been wanting to dip my fingers into animation for a while now, but I've only just now gotten to a point in my art career that I feel alright pursuing it. Now all I need is time, right? I've got a couple scenes from RWBY, Legend of Zelda, and Homestuck that I want to animate, along with a scene from the most recent Play Pals (if you haven't heard of that, google it! They're hillarious). I want to practice a bit before I dive into all that. So you'll see some of that soon too.
On top of all that, I've been invited to two different conventions next year, and I'm gonna go ahead and get started working on the prints I'm gonna be offering. I'ts gonna be a super great opportunity, and I've never been more excited for anything. Praise the Lord for the wonder that is John Tyler Christopher, cause I know I wouldn't be where I am now without him. He's taught me so much, and I am the most super of greatfuls.
On top of this, I've got.... two? Yeah, two different lyric comics that are actually in progress, one for Red Vs. Blue and one for Bioshock Infinite. Can't promise when you'll see those, because they are on the backest of back burners. But they are a thing.
So I've got a lot on my plate. But that's just kind of a summary of what I'm doing art wise. So, see you in a bit, I guess. I got school to do.
